    Please give detailed information about the problem you are experiencing, including the information you might see in any error messages, and any steps to reproduce the problem. The more detailed, accurate and coherent information you give us the more likely we will be able to resolve your issue. 'It doesn't work korekt on windows XP' is an example of a bug report that will be deleted without any follow up.

    Did reset.bat help?
    reset.bat is a dos shell script that will restore your MediaEngine settings to a freshly installed state. If running reset.bat from within your MediaEngine program directory makes the symptoms change or dissipate please indicate here. If you observe any changes please give details in your message i.e. 'running reset.bat helped until I rebooted windows', etc.
    Debug Log: (optional)
    Your debug log can be found inside the MediaEngine program directory. If your debug.log file is rather large or you wish to send us other files such as settings.ini, etc. you can submit them as a zip.
