Bugs Resolved:
- fixed a few more mnemonics issues in scrolling text control and playlist title label (& = _)
Additions:
- added list numbering and hide artist features to playlist form
- added a feature to settings/gps window to specify GPS exe parameters
- added option so that users are not forced to reset all their files when upgrading to new version
